How many Gluten Free Products do you have?
We have over 60 Gluten free products available, including items such as delicious Marinades and even Schnitzels.
What is your Gluten free protocol?
We produce each of our Gluten free products at the start of each working day, before producing any non-gluten free products. We thoroughly clean each of our surfaces and equipment prior to dealing with any Gluten Free Products.
How is your meat delivered?
All of our delivery vehicles are fitted with refrigerators and your meat is kept at or below temperature pertaining to Australian Food Safety Standards at all times.
Do I have to be at my delivery location when you deliver?
Yes! We recommend you, or someone you know to be at your home/workplace/delivery location when we deliver your order to you.
Is your meat from South Australia?
Well over 90% of our products are from South Australia.
Is your meat Halal certified?
No, our meat is not Halal Certified.
How does ‘Afterpay’ work?
‘Afterpay’, is an alternative option to paying for your products in full on the day you purchase. With ‘Afterpay’ you can pay for your purchase over four simple instalments, due every two weeks. To pay with ‘Afterpay Online’ at the checkout, select Afterpay as your preferred payment method. Use your own existing payment card. You will first need to sign up directly with ‘Afterpay’ (The Company). You just need to be over 18 years of age and be a resident of the country offering Afterpay. There are no complicated application forms. Afterpay’s proprietary platform makes it quick and easy to get approved and start/keep shopping. There is also ‘Afterpay’ available ‘in-store’, however, with instore ‘Afterpay’, you do need 25% deposit in your ‘Afterpay Account’ to make your purchase, with a further 3 instalments of 25% each to follow each Fortnight. Do you have other alternative payment methods?

What suburbs/towns do you deliver to?
We deliver to all Metropolitan areas in the North, East and West of Adelaide SA as part of our Standard Delivery Zone/Rates. We can also deliver as far South as Happy Valley & Seaview Downs, as well as Country Areas North of Adelaide as far as Kapunda, Nuriootpa & Wasleys, plus Hills destinations as far as Tungkillo & Harrogate.
Outside of these areas a minimum order quantity/spend may be required to make the trip worthwhile. You can still proceed to place an order, however, we will then be in touch to confirm details of how/when we would be able to deliver.
